First of all to create this look you will need:

 

• a black eyeliner pencil
• a black eyeliner brush
• an eye shadow brush
• dark eye shadow
• an eyebrow pencil
• and black mascara

Steps:

1. Start by using your black eyeliner pencil
2. Draw a soft line from the corner of your eyelid to the end of your eyelash line
3. Next, you will use your eye shadow brush to apply the dark eye shadow over the top of the smudged eyeliner line to create a smoky look

2. Gently pull your lid upward so you can see its inner rim. Line the rim with a few coats of jet-black waterproof pencil. Then line the inner rim of your lower lash line.

 

 

3. Next, use the same pencil to line the skin directly above your upper lash line. Blend color into lashes with an angled brush.
